Lipo Physicians Combine Liposuction for Face and Neck

This allows more fatty deposits to be accessed without disturbing the muscles layers.
Incisions are carefully made in the areas where scars can be hidden after the procedure. In order to remove fat from under the chin or lower neck, an incision is made in one of the creases under the chin. Once the liposuction procedure is complete, a special bandage is placed on the incision to protect it while healing.
Lipo is often combined with a laser to help liquify fat pockets, making it easier to draw it out with little disruption to the neck and face area. The laser gives the added advantage of tightening the skin rather than leaving it sagging once the fat layer is removed.
